WAPMUA Global Congress & Championship Final 2026 is the annual flagship event of the World Association of PMU Artists.

The event is designed for PMU professionals who want to grow internationally: artists, trainers, studio owners, brand representatives, organizers and industry leaders. You can attend as a congress participant, join the Non-Stop Zone and/or enjoy the White Party Gala & Awards Night.
Silver is a Congress ticket (Conference Day): access to the Professional PMU Conference, a participant badge and welcome kit. Gold includes the Conference Day, Non-Stop Zone viewing access and White Party Gala & Awards Night with standard seating. Platinum is the premium all-inclusive package with VIP seating at the Gala & Awards Night, priority services and 3 nights in a partner hotel (flights are arranged by the participant).
Access depends on your package. Silver covers the Conference Day only. Gold and Platinum include the Conference Day + Non-Stop Zone viewing access + Gala & Awards Night. The detailed structure is shown in the Event Program and may be updated as the production schedule is finalized.
The Non-Stop Zone is an on-site demo area at the venue in Dubai, where selected artists perform PMU procedures on models throughout the day according to a schedule. It is a live, offline experience for guests at the event. Viewing is included for ticket holders according to their package.
To participate as an artist, you need to submit an application form with your portfolio. The WAPMUA team reviews all applications and confirms the final line-up based on technical level and the concept of the event.
The detailed refund and transfer policy will be available on the checkout page. In short, tickets are non-refundable after purchase, but you can request a name change and transfer your ticket to another participant within the deadline set by the organizers. All such requests are handled by email at hello@wapmua.com.
The main working language of the event is English. All key content, announcements, judging and communication from the WAPMUA team on site will be in English. Some invited speakers may present in their native language. In these cases, there will be professional translation into English so that international guests can fully follow the lecture.
Visa requirements for the UAE depend on your passport. Citizens of many countries can enter Dubai with a visa on arrival, while others need to obtain a visa in advance. We strongly recommend checking the official UAE immigration website or contacting the UAE embassy/consulate in your country before purchasing tickets. Your activity must be related to permanent make-up and be officially registered in accordance with the legislation of your country.
You must have experience of participating and winning prizes in permanent make- up championships held at national or international level in the last three years.
You must have at least one year of experience in permanent make-up training and a minimum of ten students who have successfully completed your courses.
You must have a minimum of one media mention of your professional activities or achievements in permanent make-up.
At least one of your students must have won a national or international permanent make-up championship in the last three years.
