WAPMUA online semi-finals are created for artists who want to go beyond their studio walls: get honest feedback on their work, recognition in the industry and a real step toward an international level.
You represent your country and present your work to an independent international WAPMUA judging panel.
You receive objective scores based on clear criteria and judges’ comments. You see where you really stand by level.
Every participant receives a digital WAPMUA participation certificate indicating the country, year and category.
Progression to the final championship stage of the WAPMUA system.
Everything happens online. No travel or hotel costs – you just prepare your studio, model and connection.
Judges only see the model’s number, not the artist’s name. All scores are announced and published after the championship.

The online format is different, but the level of requirements and WAPMUA standards remain the same.

There are two participation levels in the WAPMUA online championship:
for more experienced artists (approx. 3+ years of active practice or a comparable level of work).
for beginners and artists who have recently entered the profession.
The level is chosen honestly at the time of registration.
If an artist formally matches the Master level but had a long break or feels more comfortable in Junior, the application can be
reviewed individually.
And the opposite: a strong Junior who wants to compete with Masters can apply for the
Master level.
Quality criteria are the same for everyone – only timing and the group you are compared
with are different.

You can enter one or several categories. Each category requires a separate registration, payment and a separate model.
WAPMUA online semi-finals are held in several countries. Each country receives two days: day one is dedicated to brows and lips, day
two – to eyes and SMP.

After each category, artists have 30 minutes to submit all photo and video materials and get ready for the next procedure.

Masters: 2.5 hours per procedure (3 hours for Hair Stroke Brows and SMP).
Juniors: 3 hours per procedure (3.5 hours for Hair Stroke Brows and SMP).
Within 30 minutes after finishing the procedure, the artist must send the following to the judging channel:
Once all works are judged, the results of the online semi-final are finalized.
In each category and at each level (Master / Junior), winners are determined based on the total score.
The top three places in each category and level are officially awarded. This is not only about status, but also about increased visibility in the international community.

Online participation is available for countries that do not yet have a local offline WAPMUA organizer. If your country already has a national WAPMUA championship, after selecting your country you will see a link to the local organizer’s page and will be able to register through them.
Entry fee: from €250 per category for one participant.
You can join multiple categories – each category requires a separate registration and payment.
Exact dates and times of the online semi-final for your country are shown in the date block above. Please make sure the schedule works for you before paying.
Any artist/Junior from a country without a local offline WAPMUA championship can participate, as long as they have a model and meet the requirements.
Requirements: a model for each category, stable internet, phone/camera on a tripod, a workspace that meets basic hygiene standards.
After registration the participant receives an email with confirmation, instructions and a link to the chat; then a host/coordinator for their country gets in touch.
If there is already a local organizer in the country, participation goes only through the national championship (this is linked from the page).
Vítězové národních šampionátů získávají právo účasti ve WAPMUA International Final, který je naplánován na 12.–14. listopadu 2026.
Mezinárodní finále je závěrečnou fází šampionátové sezóny WAPMUA a spojuje nejlepší umělce permanentního make-upu z různých zemí.
WAPMUA Global Congress a slavnostní ceremoniál předávání cen se uskuteční v Dubaji ve dnech 12.–14. listopadu, kde se národní týmy, porotci, řečníci a partneři z oboru setkají na třídenní mezinárodní akci.
Formát soutěže mezinárodního finále (online nebo živě) bude potvrzen po dokončení národních kol šampionátu a po finálním potvrzení počtu zúčastněných zemí a finalistů.
Finalisté jsou zváni do Dubaje jako oficiální národní tým reprezentující svou zemi a získají speciální výhody, včetně:
• bezplatného vstupu na 3denní WAPMUA Global Congress
• oficiálního statusu mezinárodního finalisty
• účasti na slavnostním ceremoniálu předávání cen
• networkingových setkání s porotci, řečníky a partnery z oboru
• speciálních podmínek ubytování v partnerském hotelu
Cestovní náklady a ubytování si účastníci hradí sami.
Pokud se finalista nebude moci zúčastnit osobně, bude mu umožněno účastnit se mezinárodního finále na dálku.

You must have experience of participating and winning prizes in permanent make- up championships held at national or international level in the last three years.
You must have at least one year of experience in permanent make-up training and a minimum of ten students who have successfully completed your courses.
You must have a minimum of one media mention of your professional activities or achievements in permanent make-up.
At least one of your students must have won a national or international permanent make-up championship in the last three years.
